# The task app (Mindwtr)

Use this only when you have the app's tools and the person wants you to use
them. The files in the folder are still what the person planned. The board is
the live list.

- Reading is always fine: list tasks, projects and areas, and get one task.
- You may add, change and complete tasks, but only ones the person said yes to.
  A yes to some items is a yes to those only.
- Archive or delete only a task the person names, and never touch a task they did not agree to.
- Make each change with one tool call, then say what you did in one line.
- If a tool is refused, say so, and put the change in `review.md` instead.
- If the tools are not there, skip anything about the board.
